How it works

From a recurring reaction to a practised response

EQUISELF begins with a short journey and continues as a practice. Your profile gives coaching and meditations a starting point; your own challenge and the outcome you want give them direction.

Three parts, one practice

    1.Start your journey

A few minutes of intuitive, symbolic choices produce a profile that suggests the patterns behind how you react. It is a starting point for reflection, not a diagnosis.

  2. Ongoing

2.Tackle challenges with your personal digital coach

Chat about a real challenge or a specific situation. Your digital coach uses your profile to tailor its guidance. Each session is summarised and remembered for follow-up.

  3. For subscribed members

    3.Practice with your personalized meditations

A guided meditation is created for your challenge, based on your profile. Choose and adjust the voice, edit the script, and select the length and background music for a meditation experience tailored to you.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Start your free journey

Make a series of intuitive, symbolic choices. Your answers form a profile that suggests patterns in how you tend to react. It is a mirror for reflection, not a diagnosis.

  2. 2

    Understand a pattern (6E)

With your coach, trace a real situation: Event, Experience, Evaluation, Emotions, Effect and End Result.

  3. 3

    Practise a different response (6R)

Review & Recognize, Reframe, Regulate, Redirect, Result and Reinforce, guided by your profile and your goal.

  4. 4

    Rehearse with a personal meditation

Members use Credits to generate a guided meditation from the challenge they describe, the outcome they want and their profile. Saved recordings can be replayed without generating again.

  5. 5

    Sustain progress (4S)

Seed, Spark, Support and Sustain: keep the new response alive through ordinary weeks.

Why symbols?

An image can start a different conversation

Sometimes it is easier to notice what draws you to an image than to describe yourself in a statement. Jung explored how images and symbols can help us reflect on our inner lives. EquiSelf uses its own horses, elements and visual choices to invite that reflection—not to assign you a permanent label.

Your report suggests patterns; your experience helps you decide what fits. The connection to Jung is conceptual, not evidence that EquiSelf is a clinically validated assessment.

The frameworks

What 6E, 6R and 4S mean

The short names are memory aids. A profile can suggest where a pattern might show up; you and your coach look at what actually happens in your life.

6E

Understand a pattern

Trace how a moment turns into a familiar reaction.

Something happens (Event). You take it in through your own filters (Experience) and give it meaning (Evaluation). That meaning stirs feelings (Emotions), which shape what you do (Effect) and, repeated over time, what you get (End Result). Seeing the chain makes a reaction easier to recognise while it is happening.

Practise a different response

Turn recognition into a new, rehearsed way of responding.

You review the moment and recognise the pattern, reframe the meaning you gave it, regulate your body and breath, redirect toward the response you actually want, notice the result, and reinforce what worked so it becomes easier next time.

Sustain progress

Keep a small change alive long enough to become yours.

Plant a clear intention (Seed), find the first moment of energy that gets you moving (Spark), surround the change with reminders, coaching and practice (Support), and protect it through ordinary weeks (Sustain).

A supporting principle

Frequent, Intense, Focused Intention

Change tends to stick when practice is frequent, felt with some intensity and aimed at one clear intention. We call this FIFI. It is not a fourth step or a separate framework — it is the way we suggest using the three above.
